During the workshop participants learn about Introspective Art Making. This method helps people liberate from personal judgment and fear of the arts. The goal is to stay focused on the process of creating instead of rigid art making expectations. People will connect with their personal creative expression by combining art materials with an intention centered mindfulness practice.
